1. When will my order ship?
All orders are packed every Tuesday and shipped on Wednesdays via USPS. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

3. How long does shipping take?

Domestic (US): Usually 3–7 business days after shipping.

International: Typically 2–6 weeks, depending on the carrier and customs. Please note that tracking may not be available once packages leave the U.S.

4. My package says “delivered,” but I haven’t received it.
Check with the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS) first — they often can locate your package. If you still can’t find it, email authorlyrawinters@gmail.com

Once an order has shipped, changes aren’t possible, and reshipping will incur an additional cost if returned.
