Shipping & Returns Policy

Order Processing & Domestic Shipping

  • Orders are packed every Tuesday and shipped every Wednesday via USPS.

  • Once your package has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the carrier and tracking number.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

  • If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping carrier (USPS) for detailed delivery information.

  • If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email, please email authorlyrawinters@gmail.com with your full name and order number, and we will provide your tracking number.

  • If a package is returned to us as non-deliverable (due to incomplete or incorrect address, unable to forward, or no such number), and you want it re-shipped, you will be responsible for the reshipping cost.

  • If you notice an incorrect address before your order ships, please contact authorlyrawinters@gmail.com immediately.

International Shipping

  • We ship internationally. Transit times typically range from 2–6 weeks.

  • International orders may not always have tracking once they leave the U.S. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, customers may need to file claims with their local carrier.

  • International customers are responsible for all VAT, tariffs, taxes, and/or fees required by their country.

Return / Exchange Policy

  • All sales are final.

  • Returns are accepted on case by case basis only if the item is returned undamaged. If accepted, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

 

Missing, Lost, or Damaged Items

  • If your item is lost in transit, damaged, or incorrect, we will make it right and resend the item(s).

  • Please contact authorlyrawinters@gmail.com with your order details to initiate a replacement.
